Our trained operators monitor your feeds according to your chosen package (12 hours or 24 hours). When suspicious activity is detected, we send immediate alerts and can contact local authorities if necessary. We also provide regular reports on incidents and activity patterns.
Where are your monitoring teams located?
Our monitoring and back office teams are based in Pakistan, but we serve clients primarily in the United States. This operational model allows us to provide high-quality services at competitive rates while maintaining 24/7 coverage across all time zones.
Do I need specific camera equipment to use your services?
Our monitoring services are compatible with most modern CCTV systems that can connect to the internet. If your existing equipment isn't compatible, we can recommend or provide suitable cameras and installation services. Our technical team will assess your current setup and advise on any necessary upgrades.

What's included in your monitoring packages?
Our monitoring packages include real-time surveillance of your property, incident detection and alerts, regular reporting, and response protocols. The Basic package covers 12 hours of monitoring with email alerts and weekly summary reports. The Full-Time package provides 24/7 coverage with SMS and email alerts, priority response, and detailed monthly performance analysis.
How much does your service cost?
Our Basic Monitoring plan starts at $3 per hour (approximately $1,080 per month) for 12-hour coverage. The Full-Time Monitoring plan costs $4 per hour (approximately $2,880 per month) for 24/7 coverage. We also offer customized plans with flexible pricing based on your specific requirements. What back office services do you provide?
Our back office services include data analysis and reporting, store operations support, documentation and editing, inventory oversight, and compliance monitoring. These services can be customized to meet your business's specific needs and can be combined with our surveillance packages for a comprehensive solution.
Do you offer camera installation services?
Yes, we offer professional CCTV installation services starting from $100 per camera. Our installation package includes professional mounting, wiring, setup, testing, configuration, and a 1-year hardware warranty. We also offer various equipment packages (4, 8, or 16 cameras) and can create custom solutions based on your property's specific requirements.

Technical & Security

How secure is your monitoring system?
We employ multiple layers of security to protect your data and camera feeds. This includes end-to-end encryption, secure VPN connections, multi-factor authentication, and regular security audits. Our systems meet industry standards for data protection, and all our employees undergo rigorous background checks and confidentiality training.
Can I access my camera feeds remotely?
Yes, we provide remote access setup services that allow you to view your camera feeds from anywhere using a mobile app or web browser. This service costs $150 and includes mobile app setup, remote viewing configuration, cloud storage setup if desired, technical support, and 90 days of post-setup assistance.
How do you handle internet outages?
Our system continuously monitors connectivity to your cameras. If an internet outage is detected, we immediately notify you through alternative communication channels (such as SMS). Many of our recommended camera systems include local storage options that continue recording during outages. When connectivity is restored, our monitoring resumes automatically, and we can retrieve footage stored locally if needed.

How quickly do you respond to incidents?
Our standard response time for detected incidents is within 2-5 minutes. For clients with our Full-Time Monitoring package, we provide priority response with even faster alert times. Our monitoring team follows predefined protocols established with each client, which may include notifying designated contacts, contacting security personnel, or alerting local authorities depending on the nature of the incident.
How do I get technical support?

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll work with you to resolve any issues or provide a prorated refund if we can't meet your expectations.
